For this procedure, our in-house endodontist removes all the living tissue—nerves and pulp—from the inside instead of pulling the tooth. We then reinforce your tooth by adding special dental materials into the gap left by the living tissue. When followed by crown placement, root canals can enable you to keep a previously at-risk tooth for a lifetime.
