Upgrade Your Equipment

Spring is the perfect time to look at what you’re using to keep your mouth healthy. If you toothbrush is showing signs or wear or you can’t remember the last time you got a new toothbrush then spring could be the perfect time for a new one. Make sure you always have floss in your home this way you don’t have the excuse that you can’t floss.

5 Steps to a Spring Cleaning

Step 1: Brush your teeth for two minutes. Make sure to brush all sides of your teeth and along the gum line.

Step 2: Brush the roof of your mouth and cheeks, some bacteria could make have made their home there not just on the teeth and gums.

Step 3: Brush your tongue or if you have a tongue scraper, use that.

Step 4: Make sure you floss. This is one of the most important steps and make sure you don’t skip this one.

Step 5: Rinse your mouth out with mouth wash. After these steps, you’ll have a fresh mouth.
