Dental Care During COVID-19

COVID-19 has changed all aspects of our lives, including grocery shopping, social outings, and other daily living activities. At Paradise Dental Associates in Salem, MA, we have made numerous procedural updates to prevent the spread of infection and keep our staff and patients safe. Learn more about the updates you will notice at your next appointment!

Surgically Clean Air

Did you know that some air is cleaner than others? Fluids & aerosols that come into play during dental procedures make it extra important that we keep sanitary air flow throughout our exam rooms. Paradise Dental’s Surgically Clean Air machine has a six step filtration process to kill over 99.9% of virus & bacteria from the air. It also removes dust, pollen, and mold. As expected, this makes our air as clean as a surgical suite!

Duramax Extraoral Suctioning

The Duramax Extraoral Suctioning system works in conjunction with our Surgically Clean Air system to bring you truly pure air during your appointment. Duramax removes contaminants such as dirt, saliva, blood, and viruses from the air, as well as 99.9% of bacteria and germs. Air flow is one of the most important factors in cleanliness, and we have that covered!

PPE Gear & Social Distancing

During your appointment, the staff at Paradise Dental will be in full PPE for your protection and ours. This includes gloves, face shields, and full body suits, all of which are changed regularly. We are sanitizing all touch surfaces, and one way traffic flow is in place throughout the office. You will be asked to wear a mask at all times when you are not being examined, and we have streamlined our check-in and out processes to minimize your time spent in the office.
